Spiritual Crisis and Awakening a women's support group 1pm Sunday's in central Austin
The purpose of this group is to assist people during their time of spiritual awakening or “crisis” and to offer a place to share their experiences with others in a supportive environment. The idea for this group was born out of my own “crisis” and desire to find others for support through this ongoing process.
The hope is to offer a place for healing, insight, integration and most of all SUPPORT for these very natural incidences that most beings have at some time in their life.
Reiki classes for Self Care, Personal Growth and Professional Practice.
After my first reiki session I knew I had to learn it for myself. My experience with Reiki has been life altering and has aided me on my personal and spiritual journey. I will be offering Reiki I and II classes on an individual or group basis. Class materials will include the Reiki manual passed down to me from my own teacher, a copy of your Reiki lineage, certificate, extra handouts and plenty of practice time will be included.
$150 for Reiki I or II a discount of $50 for a group of 2 or more. Or pay in advance for all 3 levels and save more money. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
Journey Through the Emotional Body: Starting Sunday August 7th 2011 and meets every other week for 7 weeks.
This workshop is for women only and will explore the different aspects of the emotional body through the 7 major chakra systems.
Based on the book "The Sevenfold Journey" by Anodea Judith and Selene Vega. We will explore the emotional body through movement,
guided meditation, journaling and more! As a group we will process our experiences and emotions related to each chakra and connect
more deeply with our emotional body. We hold many emotions and behaviors such as anger, co-dependency, anxiety, depression etc in
different areas of our bodies. The goal of this workshop is to release these emotions and gain a new insights and ways of coping
with these feelings.
